Delivery

Delivery will be by First Class Post. Please allow five working days. Orders in stock will be dispatched the next working day on receipt of Order.

Products Not in Stock

If a product is out of stock we will contact you using the e-mail address given. Please make sure contact details are correct when ordering.

Credit Card Security

All Credit Card Details are encrypted through a secure Pay Pal Server.

For us to process your order we require:-

Land-Line Telephone contact
E-Mail Address

Returns

If for any reason you wish to return items, please contact us at danceandfancy@btconnect.com. Items refunded will be refunded (less shipping costs) via the secure Pay Pal server.

If an item is being returned for exchange of size, we will exchange for size required but a Re-send Mail charge will be charged.

Returned goods must comply with the following:-

  1. Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving order
  2. Goods should be returned in original packaging, unworn and undamaged
  3. Returns should be made via recorded delivery only
  4. Due to personal hygiene, Teeth, Wigs, Facial Hair or Tights cannot be returned
  5. Please enclose your order number and your full address with your return
